Kitchen radiator swap — Gush family
Swapped a rusty kitchen rad for a new one today for the Gush family. Old panel off, new one hung, valves checked and the system bled — left the kitchen warm again.

Leaking taps sorted
Fixed some leaking taps today in Trinity Crescent. New washers and a couple of worn fittings — drips gone, no mess left behind.
Sticky internal door
Door was catching on the frame after the warmer weather. Planed it true, adjusted the latch, and it closes cleanly again.
Bathroom seal refresh
Old silicone cracked around the bath. We stripped it back, cleaned up, and resealed so water stays where it should.
